Path: Organization > General Inspections > Inspection Check Group
The Inspection Check Group window allows you to add several Inspection Checks to one record. When completing the General Inspection > Inspection Form / Layout window, the group of checks can be selected as one unit rather than having to select each one separately on the Check Entry flyout.
Plan your list carefully before selecting the checks. The order the checks are listed on this window is the order they are displayed in the mobile or the main applications.
When adding checks to the Task/ Tab, be aware that checks from an Inspection Check Group all have the same order number. You can change the Order # for a line in a group, but all lines from a Check Group will continue to be numbered together.
How to Create an Inspection Check Group
Go to General Inspections > Inspection Check Group to choose checks previously created from the General Inspections > Master Inspection Check window.
In Add mode:
- Enter the required Code and Description.
- Select the Add Master Check link to open the General Inspection Check Entry flyout.
- Mark the check boxes of any check you want to include in the Check Group.
- Choose Add Selected.
- Click Save on the WebTMA toolbar.
