The AI SmartScheduler window offers information about existing Tasks and Hours assigned to your Trades as well as an opportunity to immediately create schedules with or without the assistance of AI.

The following topics describe the window and how to make use of the tiles.

Unscheduled Tasks Section

Tiles in the Unscheduled Tasks section of the AI SmartScheduler window give you at-a-glance information about existing Tasks that have not been scheduled. Each tile indicates the number of Tasks and the Task description for each Work Order Priority.

The color circle summarizes the Tasks by Priority in the colors you assign in Organization > Lookups / Priorities.

Move your cursor over each section of the circle for a popup with a total of all Tasks for that Priority.

Unscheduled Tasks Tiles

You can click a tile to open the Task Schedule window where you see the Unscheduled Tasks for that tile at the bottom of the new window.

Click one of these blocks to see a Task Details popup as illustrated below.

You can add Technicians to the window and use the AI SmartScheduler to assign the Tasks to your selected Technicians.

At this point, you can rearrange or remove Tasks or Technicians in the panel and the "swim lanes" as needed before you apply the schedule.

Trade Hours

In the lower section of the AI SmartScheduler window, you can see Trade Hours that have been scheduled with clickable tiles for each Trade.

Notice the summary at the left that gives you an update of the number of Technicians in that Trade and the number of Unscheduled Tasks for the Trade.

The tiles show the hours scheduled for the current week and the next week.

Click a tile to open the Task Schedule window that displays both the Tasks and the Technicians. The window has available Technicians and unscheduled Tasks that you can assign without using the AI Scheduler... button.
