Path: Menu > Work Order > Inspection Findings
Your Capital Planning license includes the Inspection Findings module. Users that have Inspection Findings permission on the User Management > Records / Mobile Access can see the Inspection Findings window.
Inspection Findings allows you to perform Safety and Condition assessments that can be translated into Work Orders.
Use the Inspection Findings window to enter information for Findings that fail inspection.
How to Add Inspection Findings
Path: Menu > Work Order > Inspection Findings
Although the only required Inspection Findings information consists of the Requestor Name, Facility, Request Type, and Action Requested, WebTMA encourages you to provide as much information as possible when entering a Finding.
- Tap the plus sign to open the window.
- Select the Requestor Name. Other information from the Requestor record is completed when the name is added.
- Scroll down to complete other required fields.
- (Optional) Scroll down to mark the Already Addressed check box if the Findings have been handled. Note: If marked, the Comment field is required before you can save the record.
- Select or add more information in the elective fields.
- Tap Save on the window.
The Request # is assigned when the Finding is saved.
If you need to add an explanation of the Finding, you can add it in the Comment field.
