WebTMA GO Path: Main Menu > Work Orders > Inspection Findings
Your Capital Planning license includes the Inspection Findings module.
Inspection Findings allows you to perform Safety and Condition assessments that can be translated into Work Orders.
The Inspection Findings window is similar to the Request Log window with extra fields that can be used with different kinds of assessment inspections.
How to Add Inspection Findings
WebTMA GO Path: Main Menu > Work Orders > Inspection Findings
Although the only required Inspection Findings information consists of the Requestor Name, Request Type Desc, and Action Requested, WebTMA encourages you to provide as much information as possible when entering a Finding.
From the Inspection Findings List window:
- Tap to open a window in Add mode.
- Select the Requestor Name. Other information from the Requestor record is completed when the name is added.
- Complete the other required fields.
- (Optional) Add more information to elective fields.
- (Optional) Mark the Already Addressed check box if the correction has been made. Note: if marked, the Comment field is required.
- Tap Save on the window.
The Request # is assigned when the record is successfully uploaded.
To add an explanation of the Finding, enter it in the Comment field.
