Favorites and Bookmarks Extended to new UI/UX

A Bookmark BOM_Btn_Bookmark.png icon is available to mark individual UI/UX records.

The Star icon is visible on the UI/UX menu bar with a drop-down of Favorites and Bookmarks set throughout the application.
