VOC - Administrators Can Edit Customer Survey
If you have an Administrator Role in User Management, you can edit customer surveys.
Path: Transactions > Work Order > Records – Enter Survey Results on Action Menu
Sometimes, answers are entered incorrectly. Administrators can now correct them to keep the survey data accurate.
When Administrators open the questionnaire using Enter Survey Results on the Action Menu, they will see the Override Answer link below the answer fields
Select the Override Answer link to open the Override Answer window. Enter the new answer and explain why you are changing it.
The Questionnaire indicates the answer as Overwritten .
In Report Writer, you can write a report that includes the new columns and shows the override details as shown in the screenshots below.

Time & Attendance User Name/Date Stamps Added
The Labor Entry flyout in the Time & Attendance window now includes a User Name/Date icon in the Add and Edit views. Select the icon to add your name, date, and time to a comment.
Path: Transactions > Time Manager > Time & Attendance
When you select Add Labor Line from the Action Menu, use the icon to add your name, date, and time to the labor Comment. Select the icon each time you add a new comment.
When you select the pencil icon to edit a labor line, the flyout may include the following Comment fields:
- Labor Comments
- Technician Comments
- General Comments
The User Name/Date icon appears to the right of each Comment field.
Updates for the New Work Order Interface
Path: Click WO# link from New Framework Window
More refinements have been added to the new Work Order interface.
Priority Field Enhanced. This field now shows the Priority Code and Priority Description. The field is sorted by Priority Code.
Source and External Reference Fields Added. The General Info section now has a Source field. The External Reference field is for integration workflows such as an IoT alarm source ID.
Labor Cost Edit Enhanced. Click the Plus icon to open the Labor Cost dialog with pre-populated fields.
Other Charge Cost Entry Enhanced. Click the Plus icon to open the Other Charge Cost dialog with pre-populated fields.
Work Order Browse List Refresh. The List refreshes after you successfully create a new Work Order.
Equipment and Location Hyperlinks Added. Click a link in either field to open the related record.
Trade Field Revised. You can now type in this field to search for a Trade instead of choosing one from a drop-down list. It searches for “contains” instead of “begins with”.
ContractorHub Now in WebTMA Plus
ContractorHub is now included with every WebTMA Plus subscription.
Previously, ContractorHub was available only as an Additional Module. WebTMA Plus subscribers no longer need to buy it separately.
