Theme Buttons
Buttons at the upper right are available when you create or edit a Theme.
Publish. You are not required to Publish a Theme to design it. The Theme is saved to the database, and you can see it listed while you work, but it is not available to anyone else until it is published. When you are ready for others to see and use the Theme, click the Publish button.
Revert. If you make changes to a Published Theme, the Revert button is enabled. Use it when you do not want to keep the changes.
Duplicate. Use the Duplicate button to copy a Theme (either published or unpublished) and give it a new name.
Delete. Themes can be deleted IF they are not applied to a Form or Forms.
Header Section
The first settings on the Theme page are for the header of the Form. By default, the Show Header check box is marked, but you are not required to use a Header.
A mark in the Header check box enables the fields that set the size and colors of the Header, as well as an option to add your own Logo in the header.
Logo Section
The Logo itself is limited to 90px by 500px in .png or .svg format. You also have the option to add a URL link to the Logo.
Header Accents Section
If you want to highlight the header with colored lines top and/or bottom, expand the Header Accents to add this feature.
Form Section
The Form section of the window is used to set colors, fonts, and background in the body of the Form. The Link Color is used for the URL on the Form that you provide to requestors.
NOTE: If you select a Background Image, it replaces the Background Color.
Check Accessibility
Click the Check Accessibility button at the upper right to make sure your choices meet WCAG minimum contrast ratio thresholds. If any selection does not, a warning alerts you, similar to the illustration below.
