Path: Admin > Repair Center Assignment
The Repair Center Assignment window allows Administrators to complete a Template and upload the populated spreadsheet with Lookup Types and Lookup Codes that are accessible to a selected Repair Center. This is useful if you have existing Lookup records for one Repair Center and wish to assign them to another Repair Center as well.
Download Template
The template is an Excel spreadsheet. From The Repair Center Assignment window, click the Download Template link.
When you open the spreadsheet and enable editing, you only have two columns: Lookup Type and Lookup Code. The example below illustrates how to complete the fields.
NOTE: The Lookup Type has a specific format. It is entered as all one word and includes 'Type' (without quotes) in the name. Use this exact format to avoid invalid results.
Repair Center Selection
On the Repair Center Assignment window, select the Repair Center you want to assign these Lookups to.
Upload
The results grid includes Search, Filter, and Sort options like other grids in WebTMA.
Click the Filter icon to open the Search popup illustrated below.
