How to View and Print Reports

Many times a report requires selected criteria in order to generate a report. The criteria selections depend on the report you choose. Criteria frequently include a date range to narrow the focus.

  1. Highlight the report line item.
  2. Choose the Quick View or View Report button to open the Print Options flyout. Options in the Report Criteria Section change depending on the report selected.
  3. Complete the parameters or criteria.
  4. Select the desired print output button (PDF, HTML, Excel, etc.).

How to Add Scheduled Reports

From the Reports > Scheduled Reports window:

  1. Choose the Add Scheduled Reports link to open the Scheduled Reports Entry flyout.
  2. Select the desired Report.
  3. Complete the required fields. See the Note below for Weekly reports.
  4. Make elective changes or additions as needed.
  5. Complete the required Criteria Section. This display changes depending on the report selected.
  6. Select the Save button on the flyout.

NOTE: If you select a Frequency of Week, the Week Days Section displays. Be sure to mark at least one check box for a day of the week. More than one day can be checked, but a minimum of one is required to generate a report. The check boxes apply only when you select Week as a Frequency.

How to Schedule Reports

The selections apply to the date, time, and frequency you want to generate the report. You have the option to send the report as a .PDF file or an Excel spreadsheet. The default setting is .PDF format.

Follow these instructions after you generated a list of reports:

  1. Highlight the report to be scheduled.
  2. Choose the View Report button below the list to open the Print Options flyout.
  3. Select the Schedule Report radio button.
  4. Enter information in the Report Criteria and Schedule Sections. If you want to select a specific day of the week for a Weekly report, use Reports > Scheduled Reports.
  5. Make elective changes or additions as needed.
  6. Select the Save Schedule button.

How to Modify Scheduled Reports

The default print option is .PDF, but you can choose the Excel radio button to generate the report in a spreadsheet format.

  1. Go to Reports > Scheduled Reports.
  2. Select the pencil icon on a report line.
  3. Make changes to the Scheduled Reported Entry flyout.
  4. Choose the Save button on the flyout.
