NOTE: The permissions applicable to users of the WebTMA mobile app are assigned from Admin > User Management > Records / Window Access Tab. An exception is in the case of a 1:1 match for settings in the Preferences Tab / Preferences or Privileges sections compared to the Mobile Access-Mobile Preferences section. These settings apply to the WebTMA mobile app user as well. Otherwise, only users of the GO products have settings made on the Mobile Access Tab.

Failure Codes Feature Now Available
New Failure Code fields (Failure Code and Failure Sub-code when used) are available on the Finish Task window and follow the same rules as Failure Codes in the web application.
Failure Codes are available for all Work Order types.
In addition, Failure Codes on PM Work Orders can trigger a Corrective Work Order window. See the Rules topic below for conditions that activate the Corrective Work Orders.
If you do not want to generate a PM Corrective Work Order, you can swipe down to close the window without saving and complete the Task.
When you elect to create a PM Corrective Work Order and tap the Save button, you see brief popup messages informing you that the Work Order was created and the Task was finished.
NOTE: In the web application, the Organization > Lookups > Failure Codes window has a Corrective Work Order section where you can add defaults for some of the fields that populate the Work Order.
Corrective Work Orders Rules for Failure Codes
The option to create a Corrective Work Order follows these rules:
- PM Work Orders only
- Manual Corrective WO check box must be marked on the Failure Code record in Organization > Lookups > Failure Codes

Create Request
With the correct permission, Create Request is an option when you click the Plus icon on the task bar at the bottom of most windows.
NOTE: Create Request cannot be used unless ADD permission is granted on the Window Access Tab for Transactions-Request log (Admin > User Management > Records / Window Access Tab).
Tap the Plus button and select Create Request to open the first of several windows where you can add the needed information as well as images or documents.
The first page is used to enter the Location. If the Request concerns a specific Item, you can tap the Find and Add Item button at the top of the window to select an item.
Use of the Find and Select Item window is not required.
Tap Next at the upper right to open the page where you enter the requested action.
Enter the work to be done in the Action Requested field. Note this field is required. Then select the Request Type, which is also required. Notice the Request Type menu has several options including Self Identified.
Following is a typical example of this Request page. You can add other information if available such as Repair Center or Task to be performed if needed.
Tap Next to select the Requestor information.
If the name you select has associated contact and other information, it will display automatically.
Tap Next once again to attach documents or video if needed and save the request.
Tap Save at the upper right to complete the Request record.
Your request is uploaded when your device syncs with the database.
General Inspections Available in the App
If your organization uses the optional General Inspections module, you now have a way to confirm completion of Tasks for each maintenance-worthy item on a list and to generate Work Orders for failed checks.
NOTE: This app does not require that the General Inspection Forms be checked out.
An icon on the Tasks window indicates when an inspection sheet is available.
Tap the icon to go directly to the Inspection Tab.
Tap a line to view the list of checks that apply to that maintenance-worthy item.
Depending on the requirements for the check, you can mark as Pass/Fail, add Comments, and include a Value reading.
If a check fails, a Corrective Work Order window opens. You are required to complete the few fields and have the option of marking the Assign to Self check box if desired.
If you have marked Require all inspection checks to be done before closing/finishing work order in Client Info/Preferences. all checks must be marked before the Work Order can be closed.
Failed Check and Project Number
Master Check records can be marked to Create Corrective WO when a check is failed.
For checks that have this option and are failed in WebTMA mobile, the system automatically creates a new Work Order to address the failure.
In addition, when the original Work Order is linked to a WebTMA Project #, the Project # is now included on the new Work Order. In the past, the app was designed not to transfer the Project #.
This is a Voice of the Customer enhancement. We would like to thank the City of Tampa for submitting this suggestion. We saw an opportunity to redevelop the page to be more user-friendly in all areas. WebTMA has evolved into the solution it is largely through great feedback and suggestions provided by our clients.
Dashboard Tile Enhancements
Changes have been made to the Mobile Dashboard to help you quickly locate important Tasks.
The following tiles have been relabeled:
The Unacked tile was previously name New. This label is an abbreviation of the word 'unacknowledged'.
The Due Today tile was previously called Today. This help clarify the intent of the tasks associated with this tile.
The Sched Today tile next to the Unacked tile is new and also helps you identify the most critical tasks to be performed.
New Filter Added
Look to the top of the Work Order Tasks page and scroll across to see the Sched Today filter.
This is a way to find the most critical tasks from this window rather than returning to the Dashboard.

. Tap this button to resume timing.
When you want to record your elapsed time, tap the End button. This opens the Create Labor window where you can add Comments and choose Save & Finish or Save depending on your needs.
