New WO Task Code Priority Enhanced
Path: Landing Page > New Work Order
When you create a Work Order from the new interface, the Priority field follows improved rules.
Previously, the system did not change a value already entered in the Priority field on the Work Order. To match the Task Priority, you had to change the Work Order Priority manually or the field had to be empty.
With this improvement, the system follows these rules when the Priority field is:
- Empty: Add Task Priority
- Populated from Task: Make no change
- Populated NOT from Task: Offer to replace value with Task Priority
New WO Error Reminders
Path: Landing Page > New Work Order
When you create a Work Order from the new interface and do not enter required information, the system highlights the missing fields or labels when you click the Create Work Order button.
Previously, an error message did not show what was missing when you clicked the Create Work Order button.
With this enhancement, the system highlights any missing information.
New WO Item Condition fields Added
Path: Landing Page > Transactions > Work Order > Records
You can now view and add Item Conditions for inventory in a Work Order from the new interface.
The fields are read-only in both View and Edit modes.
In Edit mode, click the Update Inventory Condition icon at the upper right to open the Update Inventory Condition dialog.
Your entries are visible when you Save the Item section.
Note: This feature applies to MWIs, but it does not apply to Entities or Groups.
New WO Hyperlinked Fields
Path: Landing Page > Transactions > Work Order > Records
More fields now include links to the related records.
The following fields include links:
- Requestor Name
- Department Name
- Account #
- Trade
When a field contains a value, you can click the link to view the related record.
