This Lookup Type applies to the optional Custodial module only.
Custodial Deficiency provides a way to give specific details when a Custodial Inspection item fails or gets a low score. Custodial Deficiency is similar to a failure code on a WebTMA Work Order.
For example, the Trash Can failed during the inspection because it wasn’t emptied or because it smelled. In another example, the Carpet failed during the inspection because it wasn’t vacuumed or had a huge stain.
With deficiency data, reports can indicate that, “We did 200 inspections this quarter, and found that 28% of the time, we didn’t empty the trash.”
