Path: Organization > General Inspections > Inspection Check Group
The Inspection Check Group window allows you to add several Inspection Checks to one record. When completing the General Inspection > Inspection Form / Layout window, the group of checks can be selected as one unit rather than having to select each one separately on the Check Entry flyout.
The last column shows the sequence of questions; however, you can easily change the order if needed. In Edit mode, click the Edit icon for a line to open the Inspection Check Group Sequence flyout. Enter the Sequence number you want to assign to the line and click Save on the flyout. When you save the record, the list is re-sorted to the new order.
The order the checks are listed on this window is the order they are displayed in the mobile or the main applications.
