WebTMA Product Roadmap - Q126

Our Q1 2026 roadmap is shaped directly by customer feedback through our Voice of the Customer program, with a continued focus on improving operational visibility, field efficiency, and smarter decision-making in WebTMA. Recent enhancements have introduced meaningful improvements across day-to-day workflows, while upcoming updates are designed to further streamline operations and support more intelligent, data-driven maintenance teams.

Recent enhancements include:

  • Mobile updates with real-time notifications and field-based work creation
  • ContractorHub for improved visibility into outsourced work
  • Embedded Analytics for real-time performance dashboards
  • Enhanced critical alarm response to filter noise and prioritize events

Coming soon:

  • WebTMA Mobile updates including custom labels, languages, OTTO, and SLA tracking
  • OTTO: AI Work Order Assistant for faster access to work order history and insights
  • Service Level Agreements with measurable SLA tracking
  • Interactive Floorplans to visualize work by space
  • Workday Procurement Connector to eliminate duplicate data entry
  • New Work Orders UI with a more modern, streamlined experience
