Most Action Menu selections are only available in View mode on the Service Request Form window.
Generate Request URL
If you have checked the Use Without Login box on the Identity Tab, click the Generate Request URL in View mode to create a URL you can send to the User. Three actions are available: Copy To Clipboard, Email Link, or Go To URL. These accommodate different ways to send the URL to the User.
NOTE: Modifications made to the Form itself do not affect the usability of an existing URL; however, if the Data Access User specified on the Identity Tab changes their password, the URL is no longer valid.

The link is only visible in View mode. Arrange fields in the Layout space, click Save on the WebTMA Toolbar, and click the Preview Form link to see what the User will see. You can revise your Form and preview the display as frequently as desired.
Show Audit History
The Show Audit History link opens the Audit History flyout. When values in a field have been changed, the initial view on the flyout shows the modification Date, User, and Transaction Type. Expand a line to open a second tier for more details.
The second tier fields show:
- Field Name
- Old Value
- New Value
- Record Type
This link is available in Add or Edit mode and only applies to the Layout Tab. The link opens the Layout Fields flyout. The flyout contents change depending on the Form Type you selected on the Identity Tab. Use Add Field to select multiple fields to add to the Layout Tab.
