How to Add Asset Records - WebTMA 7

1. Open the Asset window.
2. Click Add on the WebTMA toolbar.
3. Complete all the required fields. See note below regarding the Tag #.
4. Complete applicable elective fields.
5. Click the Repair Centers Tab.
6. Add the applicable Repair Centers—at least one.
7. Click Save on the WebTMA toolbar to save the record.

NOTE: Your System Administrator has the option to use auto-counter for new Asset records. If so, the system will automatically include a Tag #.
