Crew - WebTMA 7

Path: Organization > Repair Center > Crew

Use the Crew window to establish a group of Technicians who work together. Crews can be scheduled to a Work Order instead of individual Technicians.

To create a Crew:

1. Click Add on the WebTMA toolbar.
2. Type the required Crew Code and Crew Name.
3. Click the Add Crew Members link at the top of the grid.
4. Click the check boxes for all desired Technicians on the Member Entry flyout.
5. Click the Add Selected button on the flyout.
6. Click the Repair Center Tab.
7. Add at least one Repair Center.
8. Click Save on the WebTMA toolbar.

NOTE: For the Custodial module, use the Crew window to establish custodial Teams. Be sure each person assigned to a Team has specialties established in Organization > Repair Center > Technicians. If the system does not see qualified specialists who can perform a listed Task, the Task is considered not done.
