Use the Project Browse window to search for specific types of Projects. The Query flyout is used to filter the types of Projects you want to review. When the list is generated, you can also:
- Remove selected lines from the list (not from the database)
- Select a Project number to view details in a separate browser tab
- Export Current Page or all lines to an Excel spreadsheet
Project Browse Selections
Follow the menu path to open the Project Browse window, and the Query flyout opens by default. Create a query using any combination of the options shown. When the search is complete, the records that match your criteria are displayed in the Project Browse window.
Sample queries include:
- Projects for a selected Facility during a given period of time
- Open, closed, or open and closed Projects
- Completed or not completed Projects
- Tasks for a specific time period and Trade
