Records on the Navigation Panel shows a list of records created from the current module. The Repair Centers associated with your Login credentials limit the records you can see, i.e., only the records for those Repair Centers.
Click a line item to open a record.
To look for specific records, use Fast Find - Search or Advanced Find.
