. The modules and records you add to Favorites remain available from any module.

How to Rearrange Favorites List
You can arrange your list of Favorites by simply using a click-and-drag action in Edit mode.
-
Click the
Edit the Current Menu icon.
-
Click-and-drag favorites in the order you want.
-
Click the
Save Changes icon.
Multi-Window Search
Assigning modules as eligible for a Multi-Window search is also done in Favorites. When used, the Multi-Window Search function looks through any modules you have added to Favorites to which you assigned a Multi-Window status. The Multi-Window Search looks through the designated modules and locates records that include the character string you enter in the Fast Find – Search field.
While many windows and records can be added to Favorites, use caution in how many modules you assign as Multi-Window status searches. The more modules/records that are eligible for a Multi-Window search, the longer it takes to get results.
How to Assign Multi-Window Status
This action can be taken for modules you have added to Favorites as described in How to Add Favorites.
- Click Favorites on the Navigation Panel.
- Click the Edit the Current Menu icon above the Favorites label. Now the display shows a minus sign (‒) at the right of each entry.
- Click a dimmed globe to enable Multi-Window.
- Click the Save Changes icon above the Favorites label.
Reminder: Use caution in your designation of Multi-Window eligibility. The more modules/records that are searched, the longer it takes to get results.
How to Add Bookmarks
Bookmarks are links to a specific record:
- Navigate to the record you want to add.
- Click the
Bookmark icon above the Favorites label.
If you have not added the module as a Favorite, WebTMA adds both the module and the record to Favorites when you add the bookmark.
