Path: QP Utility Meter
If your company has the optional Utility module in the WebTMA application, you can record readings in mobileTMA GO for any utilities you have set up. Similar to the Meters window, the QP Utility Meter window is used to record and save readings for utility meters.
Check your entries for accuracy. After you tap Save and upload the record, it cannot be edited. The line item remains on the QP Utility Meter Listing window for 24 hours as a convenience to remind you the reading was made.
NOTE: For the Technician to add meter readings, Add Only permission for the QP Utility Meter window must be granted to the Technician from Admin > User Management > Records / Mobile Access–MobileTMA GO Section.
How to Add QP Utility Meter Readings
- Tap the Add
icon on the QP Utility Meter Listing window. - Select the Utility.
- Select the Meter.
- Enter the Reading.
- Tap Save at the upper right.
