Path: Work Order > QP Parts
The Parts List window displays Work Order numbers and Part Codes that have been added to records on the device. Similar to other List windows, you can tap the Option chevron and configure how lines are sorted or any other information to display.
How to Post Parts
Tap the Add icon at the upper right of the window to open of the QP Parts window and record Parts used on a particular job.
By default, the Tech and Date fields are completed when the window opens. Tap in each of the following fields to complete the information:

Tap the Add icon.

Select the WO #.

Select the Task.

Enter the Part code. If you have a live connection, you can select the Part by tapping the ellipsis button.

Enter the Qty used for the Work Order.

Complete other fields as needed.

Tap Save at the upper right of the window.
Serialized Parts in stock can be posted or added as disbursements. A serial number is required if you post serialized Parts. Posted Parts must exist in the WebTMA database in order to save the record.
