mobileTMA GO is used on certain iPhone, iPod, and iPad* devices as a paperless alternative for your organization. Work Orders are transferred (downloaded) from the web server onto the device.
mobileTMA GO for iOS is compatible with the current iOS of eligible Apple devices or the immediately preceding iOS version.
Data entry on an iOS device is similar to using a computer. Entries are made from the soft keyboard.
Some fields are completed automatically. Tap in the desired field, and the keyboard displays at the bottom of the window. On many windows, you will need to scroll down to see all fields.
iPad Display for mobileTMA GO
The orientation view for mobileTMA GO is limited to portrait.
On non-retina iPads, you have two size options to display mobileTMA GO on an iPad:

Tap the double-arrow button at the lower right corner to toggle between views.
Login to mobileTMA GO
Use the following instructions the first time you log in to mobileTMA GO. After you are logged in, the device retains your login information until you log out.

Tap the mobileTMA GO logo on the handheld device. This opens the mobileTMA GO Login window.

Enter your Login ID, Password, and Client name.

Tap the Sign In button.
If you receive a connection error message, tap the Options button to set the Connection URL to the server. If TMA Systems does not host your database, you will also need to set this connection URL. By default, the URL is https://mobile.webtma.com. For all clients, the URL points to the login page, excluding any page reference (e.g., yourhost.yourdomain.com).
After a successful login, a popup window displays the progress of downloaded data. When complete, the Home Page is displayed.

Once data is downloaded, the Home Page displays a summary of Work Orders, pending Labor Hours, and Unpushed Records. Unpushed Records are those that have not been successfully uploaded and synchronized with the WebTMA database.
Tap the arrow of your choice to view the desired information.
Tap the hamburger Menu button at the top left of the window to view the mobileTMA GO menu.
Field Labels
The terminology used on mobileTMA GO windows is the same as the WebTMA interface labels.
If your WebTMA setup uses different field labels for certain fields (defined by your WebTMA System Administrator), these changed field label names display in mobileTMA GO when you transfer data.
Logout
If you do not log out of mobileTMA GO, the Refresh Static Data button, located on the Data Manager window, allows you to reload both static and transactional data without logging out. However, changes made to Admin > Text Management in WebTMA that relate to mobileTMA GO and changes to menu, location, or Repair Center access require that you log out. As with any computer device, it is advisable to log out from time to time as part of good maintenance.
When you log out of the application, all records are cleared from the device; this includes pending items that have not been uploaded for any reason, including those items that are incomplete. Static records are reloaded when you log in again.
To alert you that the pending items will be lost, mobileTMA GO asks you to confirm logout.
