Path: Transactions > Events > Available Resources
Use the Available Resources window to look for items or Areas that can be used with an Event. The results shown on this page are items or Areas that are not scheduled for a specified date range.
How to Check for Available Resources for Events
The window is only available in Edit mode.

Select the Item.

Select the Item Type.

Set the Start Date and End Date of availability.

Click the Search Available Resources
icon.
The grid displays available items that meet your requirements.
