Use the Budget Tab to record estimated charges for planning the Event.
In addition, you can review Events-related items converted to Projects and related Project Work Orders. The optional Projects module is required if you want to use Projects to track Work Order activity related to an Event.
If you use Projects in conjunction with the Event, the lower sections of the window reflect Work Order and Purchase Order activity and charges. Accumulated Project activity and totals are also reflected here. If the Project has affiliated sub-projects, click the Include Sub-Projects check box to have the costs of sub-projects shown on this Tab as well.
This information helps you keep track of the actual expenses compared to the budgeted numbers shown in the Estimated Charges Section of the window.
