Path: Transactions > Grounds > Grounds Tasks
Use the Grounds Tasks window to describe standard Tasks that are performed. Values added to this window are used to calculate the amount of time needed to perform the Task. The Base Minutes and related fields in the Tasks Section are APPA data.
The calculation uses this formula:
"It takes {Base Time} minutes to {Description} {Base QTY (Per)} {Unit of Measure} of {Grounds Item}"
An actual Grounds Task record could read as:
"It takes 45 minutes to remove 1 inch deep snow from 40' sidewalk."
You can use the APPA defaults to get started quickly with the WebTMA Grounds module. As you make inspections, you can take inventory of the actual features to fine-tune your Grounds records and adjust the values accordingly.
