Use this Tab to select the Window Access, Preferences, or Privileges available on the mobile device for Users authorized to use these devices. Your security controls and the responsibilities of the User determine how much access to grant.
Subtabs on the window vary depending on the mobile access you select on the User Management > Records / Identity Tab, you can see as many as five Subtabs on the Mobile Access Tab. The WebTMA GO, mobileTMA GO, and mobileTMA Subtabs are used to select window access. The MyPage Item Access Subtab is used to select the MyPage Controls available to the WebTMA GO User. The Auxiliary Subtab is used to determine the Preferences and Privileges available to any type of mobile Users.
Mobile Access Note: Preferences and Privileges that appear on both the Mobile Access – Auxiliary Subtab and the Preferences or Privileges Tab reference the same setting on the User account or Group. The presence of a setting on the Mobile Access Tab merely indicates that the setting affects the mobile applications; the setting on the Preferences or Privileges Tab affects the related functionality of WebTMA. These identical settings appear on both Tabs for your convenience in configuring mobile and web users. To ensure that user Preferences and Privileges are applied consistently, be sure to apply the same setting values to both the mobile and web Tabs.
