How to Add Refrigerants

Path: Material > Refrigerants / Identity Tab

Most labels on this window are straightforward.

  1. Open the Refrigerants window.
  2. Click Add on the WebTMA toolbar.
  3. Complete the required and elective fields.
  4. Click the Repair Centers Tab.
  5. Add at least one repair center.
  6. Click Save on the WebTMA toolbar.

How to Add Tool Records

Path: Material > Tools > Records / Identity Tab

From the Tools / Identity Tab:

  1. Click Add on the WebTMA toolbar.
  2. Enter a Tag # that helps you identify the tool easily.
  3. Type a Description to help identify the tool.
  4. Type or select the Facility.
  5. Select the Type. Types are established by the WebTMA System Administrator.
  6. Complete as many of the elective fields as appropriate.
  7. Click the Repair Centers Tab and select the applicable repair centers.
  8. Click Save on the WebTMA toolbar to save the record.

How to Create a Tool Work Order

Path: Material > Tools > Records / Identity Tab

If a tool needs repair, you can create a work order from the tool record.

  1. Open the tool record for the item to be repaired.
  2. Click the Create WO link on the Action Menu to open the Work Order window in Add mode. The tool information is entered for you.
  3. Add the desired Task, Priority, and any other information needed.
  4. Click Save on the WebTMA toolbar.

How to Check Out Tools

Path: Material > Tools > Records / Checkout Tab

On the tool record:

  1. Click the Checkout Tab.
  2. Click Edit on the WebTMA toolbar.
  3. Click the Add Item link. See the note below for checked out tools.
  4. Complete the required fields on the Tool Checkout popup window (Technician, Current Job, Time Out and time, and Time Due).
  5. Click the Save button on the popup window.
  6. Click Save on the WebTMA toolbar.

NOTE:  If the tool is currently checked out, a reminder alerts you, and the popup window does not open. Follow the instructions in How to Check In Tools. Tools and other maintenance-worthy items can also be checked out from the Technician window (Organization > Repair Center > Technician / Checkout Tab).

How to Check In Tools

Path: Material > Tools > Records / Checkout Tab

On the tool record:

  1. Click the Checkout Tab.
  2. Click Edit on the WebTMA toolbar.
  3. Click the pencil icon to edit the check out line.
  4. Add the Time In (date and time).
  5. Click the Save button on the popup window.
  6. Click Save on the WebTMA toolbar.

NOTE:  Tools and other maintenance-worthy items can also be checked in from the Technician window (Organization > Repair Center > Technician / Checkout Tab).

How to Add Hazardous Material

Path: Material > Hazardous Materials / Identity Tab

Most labels on this window are straightforward.

From the Hazardous Material window:

  1. Click Add on the WebTMA toolbar.
  2. Complete the required and elective fields.
  3. Click the Add Location link at the top of the line item grid.
  4. Complete the location information on the HazMat Entry popup window.
  5. Click the Save button on the popup window.
  6. Click Save on the WebTMA toolbar.

How to Add HazMat Transactions

Path: Material > Hazardous Materials / Transactions Tab

Use this window to record the details of HazMat addition or disposal.

  1. Click Edit on the WebTMA toolbar.
  2. Click the + icon on the desired line.
  3. Click the Add Transaction link to add a line item.
  4. Complete the required fields and any elective information available.
  5. Click the Save button on the popup window to save the data.
  6. Click Save on the WebTMA toolbar.

Similar to other WebTMA windows, you can use the Edit and Delete icons next to a line item to amend or remove transaction data.
