Path: Menu > Work Order > QP Parts >
Tap Plus at the upper right of the window to open of the QP Parts window and record parts used on a particular job.
By default, the Tech and Date fields are completed when the window opens. Tap in each of the following fields to complete the information:
- Select the WO #.
- Accept or select the Task.
- Enter the number in the Part If you have a live connection, you can select the part by tapping the ellipsis button.
- Enter the Qty used for the work order.
- Complete other fields as needed.
- Tap Save at the upper right of the window.
Serialized parts in stock can be posted or added as disbursements. A serial number is required if you post serialized parts. Posted parts must exist in the WebTMA database in order to save the record.
