Browser (WebTMA End-Users)
WebTMA fully supports only the following browsers:
- Google Chrome - Latest Published Version
- Microsoft Edge - Latest Published Version
- Safari on MacOS - Latest Published Version
Mobile Applications (WebTMA End-Users)
WebTMA Mobile, WebTMA GO, and mobileTMA GO
WebTMA mobile, WebTMA GO, and MobileTMA GO have been officially tested on the following Mobile Operating System versions. Although additional versions might work, we can't guarantee full compatibility.
Operating System
- Apple iOS - Latest Published Version and one Version prior
- Android OS - Latest Published Version and one Version prior
Device Compatibility
Compatible with iOS and Android devices running supported OS versions.
NOTE - User experience may be impacted by device resources such as processing power, memory, and storage. Functionality may degrade or not perform optimally on older devices due to resource limitations, even if the OS version is supported. We recommend a minimum of 4 GB of RAM and Android 12+ for Android devices.
Hardware Performance Warning: Samsung Galaxy Tab A9(4 Gig Ram version)
Status: Strongly Discouraged / Not Recommended
Details: While the Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 may run a compatible Android OS version, its underlying processor architecture significantly degrades the user experience of WebTMA Mobile.
WebTMA Mobile requires a reliable baseline of hardware power to successfully handle offline data synchronization and background tasks. The low-end specifications of the Tab A9 cause severe application lag, slow page loads, and reduced operational efficiency.
To ensure a smooth workflow for your technicians in the field, organizations are strongly advised to avoid deploying the Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 for WebTMA Mobile use.
