Path: Material > Vendors / Address Tab
The Address Tab gives you the option to record the street address, phone, fax, and e-mail, and the name of the vendor's representative you usually contact. The window accommodates entry of numerous line items where multiple contacts and address information exists.
In View mode, click the 
e-mail icon on a line item to send an e-mail to a contact.
In Edit mode, click the Add Item link at the top of the grid to add the available address information. As with other WebTMA windows, you can use the pencil icon to edit a line or the trash can icon to delete a line.
