Some employees are given the right to submit requests without having full access to the WebTMA application. These limited-access users are called Requestors and the windows that are available with a Requestor Login are also limited.
Requestors may be granted privileges to make Event Requests, Reservation Requests, and Material Requests. A few privileged individuals can also approve work requests using the Pending Authorization window. or review Pending Charges.
The System Administrator determines how the application opens at login. Typically, the Requestor sees a request page in Edit mode as soon as he or she logs in.
