The Browse Panel icon applies to the current module, and it is available from all modules except My Dashboard.

When you open the Browse flyout window, you see the same list that appears in the Records section of the Navigation Panel; however, the flyout shows more information and includes Sort, Query, and Export options. It also allows a Personalized Browse setting for the logged-in user.

The field and buttons at the top of TMA Browse apply to queries you create using Advanced Find.

Use the Add and Edit buttons adjacent to the query field to overlay the TMA Browse window with the Advanced Find to review the Default settings for the selected query.

Personalized Browse

You have the option to re-size and rearrange columns on the TMA Browse flyout using drag-and-drop. The new layout can be saved for your own login by clicking the Save Layout button at the bottom of the window. This does not affect the defaults that others see which are set on the Find window.

You can see a comparison of the Default and your Custom column widths in the Find window.

  1. Click the Edit button to overlay Browse with the Find flyout.
  2. Select the Display Column Subtab and you can see both Default Width and Custom Width columns as illustrated below.

To return to the default, use the Default Layout button on the TMA Browse window. This deletes your saved layout and returns the view to the default set on the Find flyout.

The standard Export All and Export Current Page buttons are also available to export data to an Excel spreadsheet.
