The Home page in WebTMA is called My Dashboard. It is flexible and can be configured to reflect many types of information. Once the WebTMA System Administrator has completed the system setup including the various kinds of user records and user permissions, they can set up Tabs and Controls for My Dashboard.
From the new My Dashboard Tabs and Controls, the System Administrator determines who has access to specific Tabs. Many Users may never need more than one Tab on the Home page. The System Administrator assigns access using the Users or Groups My Dashboard Tabs. If settings on the User record are different from the Groups record, the User record takes precedence.
The Home page can display current work for the person who is logged in, company bulletins with time sensitive information, and information about item records. If your organization has purchased the Executive Dashboard module, you can see graphs on My Dashboard as well.
Authorized Users can add or manage Controls using the links on the My Dashboard Action Menu. In View mode, use the Manage Tabs link to add or hide more Tabs on My Dashboard. In Edit mode, both Add New Control and Import Controls are visible.
NOTE: The ability to add or edit Tabs and Controls on My Dashboard depends on the access granted by the WebTMA System Administrator from Admin > User Management > Records / Window Access (File–My Dashboard).
