The window shown above opens when you click the Edit Schedule button on the Transactions > Time Manager > AI Smart Scheduler window.
How to Edit AI SmartScheduler
- Click the Calendar
icon and select a date range. Note: Press and hold the shift key to highlight a span of days.
- Choose the Add Technicians
icon to open the Add Technician popup.
- Use the Find and Filter fields to choose the Technicians.
- Select the Add Tasks
button at lower right to open the Add Tasks popup.
- Find or Filter for Tasks as needed.
Once you have selected Techs and Tasks, the same actions apply as described in AI Schedule.
From Trade Hours Tile
If you click a tile in the Trade Hours section of the AI Smart Scheduler window, the window above displays Technicians in the vertical panel at the left and unscheduled Tasks in the rows across the bottom.
You can add or remove Technicians and Tasks to create your own schedule, or you can click the AI Schedule button at the upper right, and let AI generate a schedule that you can change as you wish.

If you choose the AI Schedule button from this window, the following message pops up:
Click the Run Scheduling button to continue.
NOTE: If you have a large number, it can take a few minutes for the window to gather the needed records.
