Path: Transactions > Training > Training Batch Request
Managers or Training Coordinators can use the Training Batch Request window to add Class requests for several Technicians at one time.
Classes listed in the Select Class Section are filtered based on the fields in the Filter Criteria Section. The default view shows all classes.
How to Filter Class List
The Classes Tab displays in Add mode with all classes visible by default. If you want to filter the search, use the following steps.

Add a Criteria in the Filter Criteria Section.

Add other Criteria as needed.

Choose the magnifying glass icon to load the filtered records.
How to Request Classes in Batch
You can assign more than one class to multiple students using the Training Batch Request window.
On the Classes Tab:

Check the Class or Classes of your choice.

Select the Next button at the top of the window, which automatically moves to the Technicians Tab.

Check the Technicians to attend the Class.

Choose the Create Request or Create Request & Assignment buttons. See options below.
When you click either of the Request buttons, WebTMA alerts you that the record has been saved.
If you do not auto-generate assignments, go to Transactions > Training > Classes / Trainees Tab to see the selected Technicians on the list. WebTMA displays all the Technicians you selected from the Training Batch Request window. The Required Date column reflects the date you made the batch request.
Classes can then be assigned from the Training Assignments window.
