The WebTMA System Administrator uses this Type to create a list of phrases and sentences to describe the action taken when a Technician performs work. Technicians can select an Action rather than writing their own descriptions of work done.

For example, the Technician can select Action text if the Work Order Task Type Code and Repair Center match those set on the Action window.

Examples: replaced light bulbs, stopped leak, adjusted thermostat, oiled chair
