Floor Types are an optional level in the Location Hierarchy. They designate separate Floors within Buildings.
Examples: first, second, basement, north wing, roof
Rates Tab
If you use the additional Events, Facilities Scheduler, or Fleet Management modules, a Rates Tab is available to enter values.
Settings on this Tab do not transfer automatically to a new Floor record. Note that the Rentable check box must be marked on both the Floor Types Rate Tab as well as the individual Floor's Rate Tab to be eligible for rent.
If the Rentable check box is clear on the Type record, no Floors of that Type are eligible for rental, regardless of data added to the individual Floor's Rates Tab.
