Path: Organization > Zones
In addition to the standard Identity Tab, the Zones window has Tabs you can use to add Technicians who work in the Zone or assign items included in a particular Zone.
Zones Personnel Tab
Use the Personnel Tab to add Technicians who work in the Zone .
How to Add or Delete Zone Personnel
You can add or delete line items in Add or Edit mode.
The following instructions describe Edit mode.
- Follow the menu path to open the window, and navigate to the desired Zone record.
- Choose Edit on the toolbar.
- Go to the Personnel Tab.
- Select the Add Personnel link at the top of the grid.
- Mark names on the Personnel Entry flyout.
- Choose the Add Selectedbutton on the flyout window.
- Select Save on the WebTMA toolbar.
To delete a Technician:
- Choose Edit on the toolbar.
- Go to the Personnel Tab.
- Choose the trash can icon for the desired line item.
- Select Save on the WebTMA toolbar.
Zones Items Tab
Records in the following categories can be designated as zone items:
- Area
- Floor
- Building
- Entity
- Facility
How to Add or Delete Zone Items
You can add or delete Zone line Items in Add or Edit mode. The following instructions describe Edit mode.
From the desired Zone record:
- Choose Edit on the toolbar.
- Go to the Items Tab.
- Choose the Add Items link at the top of the grid.
- Select the general Items such as Entity or Building.
- (Optional) Add desired Filter Criteria.
- Check the desired Item lines.
- Choose the Add Selected button on the Item Selection flyout.
- Select Save on the WebTMA toolbar.
To delete an item:
- Choose Edit on the WebTMA toolbar.
- Go to the Items Tab.
- Choose the trash can icon for the desired line(s).
- Select Save on the toolbar.
