Settings on the Repair Center window apply to your use of Auto-Schedule.
Repair Center WO Type
Path: Organization > Repair Center > Records / Identity Tab
A Work Order cannot be automatically saved without a WO Type. Make sure the Repair Centers used with the Auto Attendant module have a default WO Type selected.
Repair Center Email Settings
Path: Organization > Repair Center > Records / Email Settings
Use the Email feature to create custom notices when a Work Order is scheduled for a Technician or a Trade. The Suppress check box at the upper right of the flyout gives you the option to prevent the template from being used to send email notices.
A Schedule Tech or Schedule Trade email message is sent when a Technician or Trade is assigned to an Auto-Scheduled Work Order.
On the Email Settings–Email Template Entry flyout, select:
Transaction Type = Work Order
Event = Schedule Tech or Schedule Trade
