Every WebTMA client creates work orders in the system, but not all clients are aware of the ability to specify when the work is due. Allowing staff, or configuring a priority setting to assign due dates in the system will help your organization manage various types of work orders by indicating what needs to be done right now, this week, by next week, or work that has now become past due. The system allows users to create reports, queries, and dashboards to clearly articulate when work orders are expected to be completed. This video covers due dates in WebTMA 7, speaks to the advantages of utilizing them, and further shows how to create queries and dashboards to stay on top of the work in the system.
