Use the double-arrow icon SRP_Btn_Resize.png to click-and-drag a block to re-size it.

SRP_GearBtn.png Edit Block Settings. Click this button to make changes to individual blocks including making a block a Required field, i.e., that the user must complete. The Edit Block Settings popup that opens is different depending on the type of block. The following is an example of the Edit Block Settings popup for the Action Requested block:

SRP_EyeBtn.png Hide. You can add blocks, edit with default information, and hide the block from the user, if needed, to save space.

SRP_TrashcanBtn.png Delete. Use this button to remove an unwanted block.

Link Blocks

Blocks can be linked to ensure that related information is included. In the example below, the Facility block is linked to the Building block, which ensures a Facility is added before you select the Building.

Move your cursor over the SRP_LinkBtn.png link button to click-and-drag to the next block.

Contents of the Custom Text Field block (found in the Custom Affixed section) can be mapped to certain other blocks, which allows you to add the contents to the mapped block. For example, you can label the Custom Text Field block as Additional Details. Move your cursor over this block to click the SRP_GearBtn.png edit icon and specify in the FIELD TO AFFIX VALUE TO area of the Edit Block Settings popup that the value of the custom field be appended to either the Action Requested field or the Additional Comments field. The screenshot above illustrates the Edit Block Settings popup for this block.

Appending text gives requestors a way to add information needed by Technicians that is not included on the Work Order.
