The Searches page is used to create a window where your requestors can search for their requests.
Like other Service Request Portal pages, a URL is not available until you publish the page.
Work Order Cost Summaries Block
Of special interest to those who provide Work Order costs to non-WebTMA users, the Work Order Cost Summaries block can generate a report for the past 90 days. Filtered summaries can be manipulated and shared with departments that need to review their costs.
You can build the page with the report as the only component. Your regular themes are applied, and the published report resembles the illustration above. On the published report, use the filters to find lines you want. The example above has been filtered for a shorter Request Date and one Building Name.
Published reports can be exported to Excel if needed.
Status Tab

Some options on the Block Palette of the Searches / Status Tab help you inform your customers about specific information.
Work Order Schedule Start Date. When you use this block, the system looks to the earliest Technician’s scheduled start date to inform your client.
Work Order Charge Summary. Use this block when you want your client to see the Work Order total charges related to their request. You can click the Settings icon to open the Edit Block settings popup and choose the related columns you want your client to see. Reminder: This is the Charge total and not the Cost total since the Charges can be different from the Costs depending on your use of markups and rate schedules.
