Path: Admin > Form Attributes > Service Request Portal – Themes
Themes establish the appearance of your Form such as fonts, colors, etc. A Theme is required before you can create a Form. As you make your choices, the Preview section at right instantly displays the selected view.
To open the Service Request Theme page, click the Plus button in the Themes section of the opening page.
On this page you can:
- choose colors for buttons, link, and background
- select Fonts and size
- add a Logo in the Header (including a URL link to your web page)
- set a Background Image
These options are described in Theme Buttons and Sections article.
Once the selections are made, you can click the Check Accessibility button at the upper right and adjust your choices if needed.
How to Create a Theme
The Theme Buttons and Sections article describes the available tools used to create your Themes.
- Click the Plus
button in the Themes section of the opening page.
- Select the colors, fonts, and other features.
- Click the Check Accessibility button to make sure your choices meet WCAG minimum contrast ratio thresholds.
- Choose the Publish
button (see NOTE below).
NOTE: As soon as you name your Theme, it is saved to the database; however, it is not applied to a visible portal until it has been published. This is a “working copy” where you can change your design, but only you can see it.
