If you use SSO rather than anonymous access, use the SSO Login page to design your own login window rather than forcing users to the TMA login window.
With the SSO Login page you can add your own brand to the Login window.
The next topic describes how to set up an Anonymous User.
Anonymous Access
You can establish an Anonymous User in Admin > User Management and mark the Anonymous Access Only check box to create an anonymous access record. This is a record with a false name because the "user" cannot log in to WebTMA. Be sure to include a password on the anonymous user record. Without a password on the record, the Anonymous User is unavailable for selection when you complete the User Access Form window shown below.
When you create a Service Request Portal Form, click the User Access button to identify a record for Anonymous Users. On the User Access Form popup window, mark the Allow anonymous access check box, and select your Anonymous User.
